hi, thanks for writing.. i have understood your concerns...
Premature ejaculation can be treated or controlled with the help of behavioral methods and the drugs..
The behavioral techniques u have to practiced during sex and does not expect the benefit from the first day.. it will take time.. your partner can also help u by participating in the behavioral intervention..these techniques are very difficult to explain here in detail…material is easily available on the internet. U can google the names of techniques, I am about to mention.
Techniques are:
1. Squeeze technique
2. Start- stop method
3. Interruption technique
U can perform these behavioral methods, they are easy to understand..
Premature ejaculation can be controlled by drugs..
SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation..these drugs are as following:
Tablet.
Paroxetine [paxil 25 mg] at night or
Tablet.
Fluoxetine [Prozac 20 mg] in the morning after the breakfast.. or
Tablet.
Sertraline [Zoloft 50 mg] at night. Increase the dose to 100 mg after 15 days..
U have to take this drug regularly and its effect will appear only after 15 to 20 days. So be patient for that..
Another strategy is to take drug one hour before sex..the another antidepressant drug
dapoxetine [sustinex 30 mg] is given one hour before sex and it cause delayed ejaculation and sexual pleasure to both..
U shud practice the behavioral techniques first..
about the size of penis...the penis size is genetically determined, like negros have biggest penis and south east asians have smallest,,the size doesnt matter..
the sensitive part of vagina for sex is only lower one third which is less than 2 inches..so dont worry..dont compare yourself with porn stars...they are professionals and are of difference racial origin so genetic works in their big penis...
do not believe in any myths about sex, prevailing in the local,community...
u can talk to your wife about the sexual facts and knowledge, and still if she cant understand then u both shud
consult a sexologist and go for sexual therapy and
counselling..
i hope this advice will be helpful to u...best luck,..
