Suggest Remedies For Profuse Sweating

Lately I ve been noticing that my anti-perspirant leaves me damp at times. My hands and feet are sweaty too. I m female, 70, 5 -5 , 195 lbs (and steadily losing with maximum effort on my part), I m type II, in excellent health otherwise and work out at Curves most mornings.
