Suggest Remedies For Prolonged Bleeding And Severe Abdominal Pains

I am a 40 year old mother of 4. I have been having complicated menstrual bleeding and have confirmed submucous fibroids. An endovag cancer screen came back negative. I am currently taking bcp for 6 months to help with excessive bleeding. I am bleeding now for 20 days straight and started to get severe abdominal pain. I am also taking iron supplements for anemia.
