General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to the endometrial dysplasia/cancer, hormonal imbalance, cervix dysplasia, endometriosis, thrombocytopenia.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo USG scan, endometrium/cervix dysplasia, reproductive hormone analysis, CBC, BT, CT, APTT.
Specific treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Tranexamic acid along with provera will helpful.
If it will not responds then go for D & C.
Hope this may help you
