Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

You seem to have inflammatory acne (red and pus filled).
Inflammatory acne ideally should be managed with oral antibiotics in addition to the topical treatment.
If I was the treating doctor I would have started you on either Doxycycline Or Azithromycin.
Oral antibiotics can be continued for 4-12 weeks depending on the response to treatment and the severity of acne.
Retino-A contains tretinoin and you may continue with it once daily at night.
Besides topical tretinoin, specific topical treatment for acne consists of either topical clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide gel for active acne, as a spot treatment during day time.
The other creams that you are using are not specific for acne.
I will suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of you acne and advice accordingly.

Regards
