Suggest Remedies For Raised Heart Beats,muscle Damage And Bruises After An Accident?

hi , just recently i was in a horrific car accident , no one died just badly injured , i have muscle damage n few bruises but it been so stressful lately can't sleep right , eat right , get these sharp pains in my chest sometimes and feels like my heart racing and get bit sweaty and short of breathe . Since being in the accident i find it hard to leave my home and get in cars to get to places where i need to be , just need a bit of help and advise here on what i mite be having or what to do next here because it is a bit worrying . Appreciate the Help !
