Sir, I have dryness in my eyes; could you guide me ,what I should do ? What drops should I use ? I have shown earlier ; it helped me but after a year again same thing happened. reason of recurrent dry eye is to be found out. stripiest is to be done to asses amount of tear secretion. pjogrens syndrome should be excluded history of your contact lens use and expo user to long duration of computer work is to be seen. all these factor contribute to dry eye. in extreme case sealing of punctum can be considered.
