General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Severe headache with ear ache might be related to inner ear disturbances with various reasons. If the ibuprofen is not relieving the pain, addition of tramadol hydrochloride and keeping the ear plugged with cotton will help. Later discuss the issue with your doc whether he or she prefers you to go to an ENT or not.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
