Thanks for contacting HCM with your health concern
1. You should fix an appointment with a Cardiologist for treatment and management of the symptoms described and if they are persisting even after prescribed treatment then ask for
. serum T3,T4,TSH to rule out thyrotoxicosis
. blood sugar to rule out hypoglycemia
. examination of heart [for
murmurs and heaving apex beat of left ventricular hypertrophy]
2. As heart,stomach and
vagus nerve are connected thus it [irritated vagus] could also be a possible cause in development of symptoms after full/empty stomach so if it comes out to be the culprit then:

meditation [relaxation to reduce depression/
anxiety which irritates vagus]
. chew food thoroughly
. take a good carminative [digestive enzyme], and mild laxative [trifla churan]
. A good tranquiliser [
