Suggest Remedies For Recurring Hives On Hands, Undereyes And Arms

I have been getting hives that started on my hands and then also under my eyes and now on both my arms .I have been taking a antihistamine for 6 months now and certain foods do make it worse . It started in the spring after removing bushes in our yard. But now I also notice that just before I break out I get headache and fever and I am dizzy alot . Very tired as well . also swelling under the eyes . I also go on a rice cereal and rice milk diet when this happens . any kind of spice also set s it off. I itch and have been using cortizone cream . I Have been eating pretty much organic for about a year . And never had any health problems other than a hysterectomy at 29 . For endometriosis and fibroid tumors .
