Suggest Remedies For Recurring Pain And Swelling In Left Wrist Post Injury

Hi, I have been experiencing pain in my left wrist that came on suddenly due to no apparent injury. Sometimes appears swollen. My range of motion to the left is fine, however minimal when I turn my hand inwards and I hear a popping noise. It is always sore and I can t use it to lift much weight and I cannot bear weight on it when pushing down.
