Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The site of the injury after the accident would have been very helpful. However, abdominal pain with the charateristic you have described may be caused by medical conditions like:
-UTI/kidney stones
-Liver/gall bladder pathologies
-Gastrointestinal disorders/infections
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigation. You may need tests like stool exam/culture, urinalysis, abdominal ultrasound and liver function tests.Your treatment will depend on the underlying cause.I will suggest you take and anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon in the meantime.
Hope this will help
Best regards
