Suggest Remedies For Recurring Pain In The Right Kidney And Painful Urination

Sir I am suffering with svere pain in RIGHT kidney. I was having this pain 30 days ago from today and I consult the doctor and he asked me to take some tests like digital x-Ray ,urine test , blood test and ultra sound. After his examination he said that I have no any serious problem except mild dullness of right kidney and some traces of blood in the urine. But last day same pain started again and went to doctor. He reffer me for ct scan of KUB. Symptoms are that I feel pain during urine and urine leaks drop by drop. Also feel flank pain. I am 22 years old please guide me what to do ?

kidney and painful urination are not related. may be having stricture urethra post gonococal urethritis. can be small stones obstructing urethra and causing injury leading to bleeding. HIV test should be done ultrasound kub may be done. urine culture and sensitivity should be done. take sufficient water with alcasol syrup two times daily most effective organism shown in culture report be taken to full course urethral smear be stained and tested for diplococi.if positive then inj penidure la 12 im can be taken weekly for 7 weeks.
