Suggest Remedies For Recurring Ringing Noise In The Ear

I have had a ringing noise which started with my left ear some 3 months back, I saw an EnT specialist and he suggested some medicines which seemed to be working but then it recurred and sometimes it feels like both my ears are ringing although there are time when i m busy that i go for a stretch without noticing it at all, please suggest some course of action as it can be really irritating sometimes and hinders my sleep. I had an audiometry test done the first time i saw the doctor and it indicated a slight S-N hearing loss in the left ear.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reason for the recurring ringing noise in the ears is chronic cold due to allergy, viral infection, leading to the sinusitis, infection of the internal ear, and so on.
I advise you to consult the E.N.T surgeon for recurrence.
You may need to have an M.R.I. and other tests for diagnosis of the infection of the internal ear.
Avoid allergy and chronic cold, by avoiding the things allergic to you.
If there is sinusitis, or deviated nasal septum, a small manipulation may be done.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
