General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think your pain may be caused by a lower back spine issue. I think you may be suffering from a herniated disc or spondyloarthrosis and an x-ray of the lower spine is needed.
Meanwhile you can use antinflamatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
