Suggest Remedies For Red Bumps On The Buttocks

Hi, I keep getting these round huge bumps on in different areas. One week it can be on my butt then it will be under my armpits. When you look at it you can see the bump but when touched you can feel how big it really is. It causes me pain(when I sit) or when I try to pop it(nothing comes out). At times I might have one but then I could have up to three in different spots and now once in a while the skin feels lose and when I squeeze it only blood comes out and then it goes back to being a bump again.
