Suggest Remedies For Red, Irritated And Itchy Knees With Small Cuts Due To Scratching

Yesterday I applied tiger balm all over both my knees. Right before I went to bed they were super itchy so I scratched them. I woke up and they were more itchy than the night before, I scratched them more. Now they are red irritaded itchy and have small cuts all over them

Hello,

It may be due to dermatitis.

For that you can apply hydrocortisone ointment locally.

Take tablet loratidine for itching.

Avoid sweating.

Maintain proper hygiene
