Suggest Remedies For Red Marks Around The Genital Area And Left Buttock

My girlfriend recently experienced red marks around her genital area and left buttock that resemble an insect bite. Despite attempts to treat it with insect bite medication it did not improve. Neither of us have or had any STD as to our knowledge, especially since we have been each others only sexual partners for the past 6 months and this hasn t occurred. Our last intercourse was 2 weeks prior. Please help, o can send images
