I fell awhile agon 2 times down the stairs I am 65 and I have a red area big on right leg lower abouve ankle and then I fell last week again and black and blue on same leg now hurts a little sweelled upfoot and leg I have thyroid so I swell from that to but brusies will not go away or the redness what can I do ? Hi,

You might be suffering from Hematoma. It has its own goals and will subside in few weeks automatically. No active intervention is required nevertheless you can do warm fomentation.
