Suggest Remedies For Redness And Itching Sensation On The Skin

Hi i have a bug bite on my lower leg that has been itching and not gone away for over a week. It is red, raised, itchy, hard, the skin is peeling, its oozing a little bit of clear liquid, and looks kinda like a burn the size of a dime. I havent had any pain and only a little bit of nausea with stomach pain but nothing that bad. Should i be worried or just keep an eye on it?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be insect bite but it could be infection and such swelling need to be kept under observation for formation o abscess till the anti-inflammatory drugs can be tried hope this information helps.
