Suggest Remedies For Ringing In The Ears After Increasing Dose Of Gabapentin

I recently had to increase my gabapentin 300mg tablet 3 times a day to 4 times a day with 4th pill at bedtime. But within a 2 week period I started experiencing ringing in my ears and muffled hearing along with feeling like I was in a tunnel and felt like I wanted to pass out but didn t. Then I started to decrease the pill by eliminating the extra 300 mg at bedtime for about a week but symptoms are still bad. Please help me.

It is not related to gabapentin.

If symptoms persists better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
