Suggest Remedies For Sensitivity In My Daughter S Breast Buds

Hi, my 10 year old daughter is experiencing a lot of pain due to what I think are breast buds. What can I do to relieve them? They are very sensitive and she is complaining that the touch of her blouse is even hard to tolerate. Is discharge common as well?

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
At the time of puberty, there is growth and enlargement of breast buds, which lead to pain and tingling sensation in the breast buds.
You can explain her the process of puberty, and give her paracetamol to get some relief in pain.
There is absolutely nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
