Suggest Remedies For Severe Facial Acne With Blackheads

Hi I am suffering from acne and especially blackheads from almost 10 years .it is increasing more after masturbation.i am 25 year old.My face has already became bad and it and male worsening due to acne. None of my parents have this acne problem. I usually keep my skin clean and drink a lot of water and eat healthy food. And also I am getting lot of stretch marks on spine and shoulders without any change in weight .please suggest me what should I do

Hello,

You can start to treat with local clindamycin ointment and benzoyl peroxide cream. Another possible combination is clindamycin ointment with retinol cream. If you do not notice any improvement in 6-8 weeks you may try oral retinoids which are very effective in treating acne but need some blood tests before starting it and regular follow-ups.
