Suggest Remedies For Severe Fever

Hi Dr My son is having fever for last 30 days. Initial tests could not diagnosed anything. After 25 days widal come positive and typhoid med. Started. It is 6th day. My concern fever is not going even after 6 days of typhoid medicine and antibiotics since fever started. 6/7 hours passed with med and again fever comes. Kindly suggest. Other tests are nirnal. Hb is 9.5 And he is celiac patient.

Hello I suggest that you have your son's blood culture and sensitivity done as probably he is not responding to the anti typhoid medications.
In the meantime try giving him Tab.Paracetamol 500 mg every 6 hourly.
