hi.i am Radheshyam. i have severe hairfall. i consult a doctor and she told me i hv fungal infection in my hair. she suggest me to take a full course medicine for 40k per year. its too expensive for me. clinic name is dr batra hair clinic.. plz suggest me what can i do to reduse my hairfall.

Your family history of baldness and drug history should be obtained for proper diagnosis...
From fungal infection usually not so much hair loss occurs... If fungal infection present than ketocanozole shampoo can be used along with oral fluconazole tablet...
If androgenic alopecia present than topical minoxidil can be applied..
If alopecia aereta found than steroid prescribed
So depending on cause further specific treatment given
