hello sir please suggest me how can i gain my hair density on my head... actually im noticing that im losing my hair density...please suggest me any effective treatment... or essential protein for hair ....please if you dont mind you can mail me also on YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

Hair loss can be treated effectively with Minoxidil(Rogaine), Finasteride (Propecia), it may cause hair loss at first but with 6 months treatment hair regrowth starts.

But before that you are suggested to visit a dermatologist & get clinically assessed, get blood, scalp tests, scalp biopsy & light microscopy done. Laser therapy & hair transplant therapy are effective.

In the meantime, take food rich in calcium, protein, fruits, berries, veggies, eggs, nuts, fish, etc. Shampoo your hair with medicated Selsun shampoo to get rid of dandruff. Dandruff causes hair loss.
