Suggest Remedies For Severe Headache After Using Lemon Detox Diet

I have started the 10 day lemon water detox today and now I have a headache. I took 2 aleves but its not working and I also had something to eat. Is it ok to continue doing this? Give only had 2 whole lemon today and im scared I might kill myself trying to get a nice body. Help please!!!!

Hello,

I don't think detox diet and having two lemons a day may cause a headache or ruin health.
You may eat normally, have rest and taking any antinflammatory drugs such advil or naproxen for pain.
