Suggest Remedies For Severe Headache During Pregnancy

i am almost 36 weeks pregnant and woke up with the worst headache where my entire head under my hair,etc. is killing
i can bearly stand it....i had a lot of complications last pregnancy at 33 weeks with twins, preclampsia, toxemia, cholistasis, and had them at 34 weeks...should i go to ER?
