Suggest Remedies For Severe Heel Pain And Numbness In The Foot

i have been having alot of pain in my foot mostly on my heel, it hurts very badly when i put stand on it i makes me limp and sometimes feels llike its asleep, after im on it for a little bit its not as bad but still hurts. when i sit for too long or get up in the middle of the night i about fall because it hurts badly to walk on it, its only my right foot. i have to put double shoe cushions in my shoe to try to comfort it through the day, it hurts worse to not where any socks, what is causing this much pain? Its been happening for about a month now, I son t know what to do to make the pain go away. Its very tender to the touch but the rest of my foot feels a little numb. can you help?
