Salam alicom im 30 years old pregnant femal yesterday i went to beach and my hand show sever dermatoitis itching rash small papules in groups ther is history of recurrance when i exposed to sun so i take betnovit cream and other lotions wih no benifit lm in first trimester last can i take zyertic lorin avil amp i.try alllocal treatment no benifit can you help me thanks

Hi,

This type of rash and mild swelling usually occurs as an allergic reaction, sometimes with fever and sometimes not. This is amenable to anti-allergic medications. If you have Benadryl at home you can administer a dose and see a paediatrician for a prescription. If she develops any of the symptoms mentioned in the parenthesis above, she needs medical attention.
