Suggest Remedies For Severe Leg Ache After A Fever

My son is residing in a hostel.He had high temp(102) just two days back allong with slight cold and cough.The doctor on duty prescribed xyzal and tus q for three days. The fever has come down to 99 f.But the other doctor on duty, prescribed ascoril, deslor,L-cin.The second doc has asked him to discontinue the previous medication.Deslor is making him sleepy and it is becoming difficult for him to attend classes.My son is complaining of severe leg ache.Kindly advise
