Suggest Remedies For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain

Hello, I m a female. 48 years old. I m having major pain in my lower stomach area. Left pelvic area. Not sure if it s exactly near my ovary area or not. It does not hurt to touch but when I move around, walk or lay on it it s very painful. I can t think of anything that I could have done to pull a muscle.

Hello,

The symptoms can be related to a pulled muscle. I recommend to do an abdominal ultrasound to exclude other diagnosis. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg. I also suggest using Voltaren gel for local application.
