Suggest Remedies For Severe Menstrual Cramps Along Blood Clots

hi. i have been having some menstrual issues lately. last month i had my period for 2 and a half weeks. just sudden, large amounts of blood. (like... half a cup) i went and got a pap and ultrasound and some tests everything came back ok. but this month... OMG. the worst cramps ive ever had EVER. and im bleeding alot and passing blood clots about 3 by 4 inches, all day long like maybe 40 in total. last month i was really weak and pale and almost passed out a few times, so far ive only been weak and excessive is PAINFUL. :C please help i dont know what i can do
