Suggest Remedies For Severe Migraine, Cough And Bronchitis

I started my period on October 2nd, then again on the 17th... and again on November 3rd... it stopped for a night while I was sleeping and didn t start up again until about two o clock this after noon... yesterday I had a terrible migraine to the point of puking and I could move or open my eyes. And I m just finishing off a terrible coughing fit that was originally from bronchitis.. what could this mean?

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here first of all bronchitis should be ruled out by Auscultation and chest x ray....

For that suitable antibiotic and phenylephrine like decongestant can be prescribed....

If cough excessive and wet than Ambroxol and I'd dry cough present than dextromethrphan syrup can be prescribed

For irregular spotting pelvic USG advisable to rule out any organic cause if present

HB estimation also should be done and treat with iron tablet if needed
