Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain And Swelling In Right Arm

I just tried shooting method I have very small veins. I missed twice and my right arm is getting very swollen, and extremely painful. I can barely move it and u usually have high tolerance for pain. This happened yesterday and it s killing me. I ve been putting a warm compress on it . I don t want to see a dr. What can I do and will it go away?

I really appreciate your concern, swelling could be due to blunt injury that must have caused the soft tissue injury, it will take at least four to five days to subsides the swelling, till then it is most advisable to get done the x-ray test, Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be tried hope this information helps.
