Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Arm

Dear Doctor, I am vivek, my mother aged 60 having a severe pain in her right hand, from today eveing she have pain, she is saying she could't rest his hand. But i couldn't find any symptoms of fracture...Please advise me how to go about this problem.....Tks
