Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Back And Neck Post An Injury
Last night I was sitting on a bucket on my front porch it s not that far off the ground maybe a few feet.the bucket broke and I fell backwards.i can t remember how I Landed but today I m having severe pain in my back and neck.it also hurts when I try to lift my right arm up..and now as I m laying down I feel very nauseous and in so much pain.should I ignore this or go get checked out?

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury. I suggest taking anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application and rest. If the symptoms continue, I suggest to do an X-ray of the shoulder.
