Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Lower Back Radiating To Legs

My wife has a severe pain in her lower back and the pain also goes down into both of her legs just got done taken cipro for instestonal infection , could this be a side effect of this medicine or do you think it is something else ,my wife is 64 and is a diabetic on insulin and other meds

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You are having back pain and pain also radiating to legs...

So spinal problem like spondylosis or bulging disc like problem has to be ruled out....

Serum calcium and HB estimation should also be done... If deficiency detected than corrected accordingly....
Like by cholecalciferol sachet and iron tablets...

Neurological examination and muscular reflexes should be checked...

It cannot be from Ciprofloxacin side effect...
