Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Right-sided Lower Back Pain Post An Injury
I slipped on something sticky at walmart a few weeks ago in July on my right side and hit the floor and I got right up and left and really was more embarrassed but two days later a severe pain in my right lower side of my back below rib cage and medicine and stretching and heat and rest have not made it go away. I do not think it is a bone there but below it my left hip on back side has a small knot. I did not fall on that left side only the right and I did not hit my head or shoulder mostly lower and middle body.

I really appreciate your concern, history of fall, and it is the pain symptoms then it need to be brought to investigation to rule out the fracture, even in absence of fracture pain could be moderate to severe due to soft tissue injury, for that pain Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day can be used hope this information helps.
