Hi welcome to the health care magic

In bronchitis and pneumonia chest pain can occur because of congestion

You have not mentioned which investigation done and which medications prescribed to you...

Chest x ray needs to be done If pneumonia suspected and sputum culture done...
According to culture report antibiotic prescribed

Take rest for few days

Avoid strenous activities for few days

Avoid smoking if having habit of it

Costochondritis is seems to be associated in your case for which hot compress done and ibuprofen 200 mg can be prescribed BD for five days

Take care

Consult physician for examination and discuss all this with him

Hope your concern solved
