Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In The Right Arm When Diagnosed With Mild Aortic Stenosis

Dr. i have bin with pain under my right arm for 2 days in a row,i had a Eco cardiogram last week and the study says that I have a mild aortic stenosis with an AVA of 1.9cm2, peak gradient of 20 mmHg, and mean gradient of 9 mmHg mild to moderate. i have a pace maker implanted for the last 4 years. I have a copy of the Eco cardiogram in case you need to see it. Right now i am feeling wick with chest pain pleace tell me what should i do sholud i go to the hospital.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
