Hello,
Injuries or trauma to any part of the arm or shoulder, including bone
fractures, joint dislocations, and muscle strains and sprains, are common causes of
arm pain.
Sometimes diseases that affect other organs in the body, like
peripheral vascular disease or
arthritis, can be the cause of pain in the arm. Arm pain can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease.
Examples include strength training, sprains, strains, trauma or working with arms up such as when painting. You should be able to try remembering what you did so that you are experiencing arm pain.
Therefore I suggest consulting a bone specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
