Suggest Remedies For Severe Period Pains

6 months after having my second child my period pains became a lot worse, I have always suffered with painful periods, but now 2 and a half years later when I have a period I get this unbearable stabbing shooting pain high up in my vagina and it seems to feel like its also high up in my anus, to the point where I cannot walk. The pain comes all of a sudden and can last from a couple of minutes to a couple of hours I feel like I I'm going to pass out and no pain killers seem to take the edge off!?
