Suggest Remedies For Severe Throat Pain

hi i often get pains in my throat but worse than a sore throat or streap throat. I go to many doctors and all they tell me is to gargle salt water. I never burp I just make wierd noises out of my throat that sounds sort of like a frog. Often my pain is so bad that I can not eat, drink or talk. Help

gurgling by warm salt water is most essential. then it should be examined by ent specialist and take throat swab for culture and sensitivity.most effective antibiotic recomanded in culture report should be taken regularly for full course.
