Suggest Remedies For Sharp Pain In My Calf And Knee

I have a sharp pain in the middle of calf and one behind my knee. It is intermittent and only last a short time, mostly when I am in bed. I have had a deep vein thrombosis but this does not hurt as bad as that did. I am overweight (going to WW). Plus, I am 70 years old.
