Hello, I tore all of the ligaments in my left hand Dec 14th. I have been wearing a cass since and just recently had my last surgery to remove all the remaining pins. I have been having shoulder pain for the last two months. I am still wearing the sling and now a removable cass. What can I do to stop my shoulder pain?
