i am 40 yr male, i am having allergy on the head part of my penis and inner skin of my penis consult a local doctor he give me some tablet and ointment but it is not recovering doctor change my tab. & oint. my penis head part cut by paint chain and blood come after 3-4 days yellow seen on the cut part

Hello thank you for writing us here.
Its because of the bacterial infection. You should take antibiotics for 7 days. You can use cotrimoxazole taken twice a day along with cetrazine at bed time for 7 days.
For pain you can use topical anesthetics like lignocaine.
You'll be better in 7 days.
