Hello, I am 51 years old and have sleep apnea and use my CPAP. It is that I toss and turn most of the night , with feet craps in my arch around. Plus I am having a time getting the energy to get to the gym , as if i have not adrenaline. Now I do go to the gym for water aerobics 4 time a week for a hour, but lately just no energy to go. My mid section has got me depress for I have issue with excess around my chest and stomach that really bothers me alot. Being Afro American and a family history of obesity , has pushed me too try to do better. I am curious if this from low T, adrenaline fatigue for my age. One other thing, being honest ,my sex life is not good, due to me misses going througth menapause and no desire for that anymore. Cn yo help?
