Suggest Remedies For Small Cuts Around The Penis Shaft

Type of ointment, to apply around my penis shaft which has small cuts? I m a diabetic, with control blood sugars that range from 125 to 150. Control with 2-types of insulin and Metformin. Have tried Ivory soap, currently using Summer s Eve. Applied peroxide, astor glide, neosporin.

Hi,

Noted your history of being diabetic under Insulin and Metformin and sugar being in range of 125 - 150, got cuts on penis shaft and tried Ivory soap, Summer's Eve, Peroxide, AStor Glide and Neosporin.
In spite of using so many thing and with diabetes under control if the cuts have not healed means there is something that is not healing.
This raises the possibility of rare conditions like skin diseases that has affected the shaft of penis like Lichen Planus and so on.Hence the best way is to consult your Primary and get a reference for a Dermatologist if required.
Biopsy may be required.
There can be a condition acquired due to use of condoms with local reaction or with lubrication.
STD due to sexual partner suffering from similar problem.
Proper medications after proper diagnosis will help you to get a cure.
