Suggest Remedies For Sore, Painful Stomach With Nausea And Frequent Burps

my upper stomach has been hurting very sore feeling a little nauses and burping a lot and a lot of gas I do have acid reflux and ibs don t know if its that acting up or not I have been drinking tons of pop coffee and ice tea lately and dairy as well help

Try some antacids for a few days and see if that helps. If it doesn't, you should get an ultrasound or gastroscopy.
